Will joined Green Alliance in November 2023 as a policy analyst. He worked on the latest update of the Net-Zero Policy Tracker and generally focuses on decarbonisation of industry and energy, as well as the social impacts of the transition. Will has a background in research and data analysis, primarily in neuroscience academia, where he specialised in memory processes. He holds a PhD in Computational Neuroscience from the University of Bristol and a MSci in Physics from Imperial College London.
