About Adam Bell

Adam joined Green Alliance in July 2012, and works on the Low Carbon Energy theme with the senior policy adviser, Rachel Cary. He works on developing an appropriate policy framework to deliver low-carbon heat, as well as looking at how energy policy impacts upon consumer bills. Before joining Green Alliance, Adam worked for RenewableUK, the trade association for the wind, wave & tidal industry. He led work on new ways of engaging communities hosting wind farms and associated infrastructure, and ran successful campaigns on investment in the development of offshore wind turbine manufacturing and support for marine energy.
